Question regarding server

First i'm going to introduce myself... xD
So hi, my name is Antonio and I got to find this server thanks to a friend who googled for servers with not pretty high rates.
I like cookies and blue/white stuff. And that's it.
I'm not pretty sure if this goes in this forum. But well it will not hurt if it's here I hope.
My question is about if this server have the rebirth system in it. Or planned to have it maybe if it doesn't??

Yes it does have a rebirth system but you need requirements for it

I'm sure it will sound awkward.
But my hopes were that there was no rebirth system hehe.
But well, no other server have this nice low rates... also there is no lag issues in this server. So I guess i'll just get over it.
